La empresa británica Cool & Groovy Toy lanzó el primer vibrador Hi-tech que funciona a través de los mensajes de texto que recibe.
Seis palabras secretas (que recibe el comprador al adquirir el producto) controlan el dispositivo. Son 26 letras con tres diferentes perfiles de movimiento y cada uno de ellos con cinco velocidades distintas.
Además, es posible combinar distintas letras hasta llegar a 7200 variedades posibles en un único mensaje. Una vez recibido el mensaje, el móvil establece una conexión con el vibrador por medio de la tecnología bluetooth cursándole las ordenes oportunas para su funcionamiento. El dispositivo tiene un tamaño de 9 cm y un grosor de 3,3 de diametro.
La publicidad del producto va destinado tanto a mujeres como hombres. A ellas les dice lo divertido que puede ser ir a trabajar con el dispositivo alojado en su lugar y a los hombres incitándoles a mandar mensajes para satisfacer a distancia a sus parejas, en cualquier momento y a cualquier hora.
